Now talking about the story of the movie then the story has been started since 1959 in Bombay which is inspired by True incidents. Akshay Kumar as Rustom Pavri is a Naval Officer in his uniform with all the stars on that. He got married to Ileana and happily living after but one truth that turned the relation sour also here the story begins.

Rustom asks about her and he found some love letters, also, he saw his wife cheating on him. He kills the lover of his wife which might become the biggest mistake of his life. This news went viral also Esha who is the sister of that killed lover came to know about this and want Rustom to be hanged till death.
